1. Activities and Events Rules
Arrive on Time: Activities start as scheduled, so try to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and make the most of the experience.
Greet & Connect: Take a moment to introduce yourself and connect with fellow members. A simple hello can spark meaningful interactions!
Keep It Positive & Respectful: We are here to learn, grow, and have fun. Respect everyone’s journey, be kind, and foster a welcoming environment.
Engage Fully: Whether it’s playing, practicing, creating, or reflecting—immerse yourself in the experience and embrace the moment.
Stay & Interact: After any activity, take time to chat, exchange insights, and build connections. Community is built through shared experiences!
Track Your Progress: Whether it's mastering a skill, improving your mindset, or reaching a personal goal, celebrate your growth and achievements.
Support & Encourage Others: Uplift your fellow members—cheer for their wins, offer positive feedback, and create a space where everyone feels valued.

2. Safety & Liability:
Members participate at their own risk. Communities_Jor is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues during games. Members are advised to prioritize their safety.
3. Behavior Guidelines:
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
Unethical Behavior: Any form of dishonesty, harassment, or abusive behavior will lead to immediate termination and potential legal action.
Assault or Bullying: Any physical or verbal assault, intimidation, or bullying of any kind will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
Sexual Harassment: Verbal, physical, or digital harassment (via WhatsApp group or direct messaging without consent) will result in immediate removal and legal action.
4. Cancellation policy:
· If you cancel 24 hours or more before the game/ event, you'll receive a full refund.
· Payments are non – refundable for same day cancellations
· To honor the time and commitment of your fellow community members, payments for no-shows without cancellation are non-refundable, and it may affect your ability to join future activities.
5. Membership Rules & Compliance:
· We reserve the right to remove any member at our discretion to maintain the harmony and safety of the community.
· Violations of community guidelines or games, activities, and event rules (outlined above) will result in the termination of membership.
